Bailie
de Lacy
Hi I’m Bailie, a multi-hyphenate Irish- American artist
I’m a New York–based actor with a deep foundation in theater and a growing footprint in film and television. Trained at Boston University and currently studying with Mimi Lieber, I bring both technical rigor and instinctive truth to the work I do. My storytelling leans toward the emotionally raw, the darkly funny, and the unexpected—stories that press into the human condition and make space for contradiction.
I’m drawn to characters who challenge perception, and I thrive in collaborative rooms where risk is welcomed and curiosity leads. I approach every project with a strong sense of craft, adaptability, and a sincere respect for the work.
When I’m not performing you can be sure to catch me behind the camera following my other passion as a photographer or in the kitchen seeing what I can make with the ingredients I have in my fridge! Click on More About Bailie below to check out her behind the camera work.

Having just finished a workshop at Columbia University with Aimee Hayes and Diane Davis, I am diving into working on a passion film project. Currently collaborating with some of my closest artist friends explore the dynamics of living in the Big Apple while battling the ever changing dynamics of, love, friendships, and the current world we now live in.
I am also in the early stages of working on a two-hander that the team hopes to launch sometime in the coming year. More to COME!
